Privacy & data choices
YOUR VISIT.
YOUR CALL.
The Break Room uses the information you submit to run the website and handle group requests. Optional Google Analytics stays off unless it is configured and you choose to allow it.
Group requests
When you send a group-night request, it includes the contact details and planning information you enter—such as your name, email, phone number, preferred date, guest estimate, interests, and notes. Sending the form does not create a reservation or guarantee availability.
The form is processed through Netlify, the website hosting provider. If you need to confirm availability or ask about a submitted request, call The Break Room. Do not submit payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information through the request form.
Your choice
If optional measurement is activated, the site asks first. Rejecting—or making no choice—keeps analytics and ad-related storage denied. Allowing analytics enables the configured Google Analytics measurement only. Essential site functions and the group-request form do not depend on accepting.
Your saved preference will appear here. You can revisit this page to change it.
Optional measurement
With permission, the site may measure page visits and intentional engagement with calls, directions, menus, the lineup preview, and group-request attempts. A click or form attempt is an engagement signal, not proof of a call, visit, reservation, response, purchase, or attendance.
Stewardship
Little Fight NYC maintains the website and Google Analytics implementation on behalf of The Break Room. Keith Rinaldo remains the business owner and content authority. Access to form submissions and measurement accounts should remain limited to authorized business and website administrators.
To ask about a group request or your submitted information, call The Break Room at (623) 299-7995. Website questions can also be raised through Little Fight NYC.
